Following the success of our annual holiday event, HoHoTO, and our Girls’ Tech Tour events, we’ve launched Together so we can do even more for Toronto’s digital community.

Now we’re looking for like-minded and motivated individuals to collaborate and co-create with us as we empower all people to create the inclusive world of tomorrow.

Volunteering with us means gaining experience in many different areas.

Our three different streams—events, youth mentorship, and women in STEM (science, technology, engineering, math)—offer great opportunities for people who are passionate about our digital community to show what they’re made of and learn as they go. Gain valuable practical skills in fundraising, event logistics, PR, and marketing, while strengthening your network.

You’ll help to define the work we do, build partnerships, and create meaningful content and experiences that will help build a more inclusive and diverse digital community.

Volunteer for Diversity at Work

Use your content, marketing, operational, sales, PR, interviewing, photography, and video skills to help build out and execute our Diversity at Work series, capturing stories and successes from a diverse group of digital professionals, organizations who are excelling at business through their inclusivity efforts, and year-round inclusive events.
